The Cycling Guidance for Local Area Traffic Management (LATM) Schemes has been developed to provide practitioners with guidance to ensure that when designing new, or retrofitting LATM devices people on bikes are considered and not put at risk. As a cycling-focused guideline, this document concentrates on the safe and efficient movement of people on bikes on local roads.

The Department of Transport is seeking feedback on the guidelines from those who are most likely to use them. Please read the attached document and provide feedback using the survey below.
