Thanks for participating in the Bennett Springs East Station Precinct Local Structure Plan Landowner Reference Group

With a potential future station planned for Bennett Springs East, METRONET is preparing a local structure plan in consultation with the City of Swan and is seeking your input.

The local structure plan will provide a roadmap for long-term land uses, including zoning, local roads, housing density, and community facilities such as shops, schools and open space.

Once completed, the local structure plan will be approved by the Western Australian Planning Commission and guide decision-making on future planning and development proposals.

    Nominate for the Land Owner Reference Group

    METRONET is establishing a Landowner Reference Group to input into the Bennett Springs East Station Precinct Local Structure Plan through a collaborative design process.

    Landowner representatives are encouraged to nominate before 11:59pm Sunday 27 September.

    Before nominating, please read and ensure you agree with the Terms of Reference.
