Have your say on proposed changes to Route 471

We're seeking your feedback on proposed changes to Route 471 in Burns Beach.

Route 471 is proposed to be rerouted onto its long-term alignment through Burns Beach which had been planned in consultation with the Local Government Authority. The service has been operating on a temporary alignment awaiting the completion of the local road network.

The suggested changes would involve removing the service from Whitehaven Avenue, Burns Beach Road and Ocean Parade. Instead, all trips would continue on Grand Ocean Entrance, Seabreeze Avenue and Burleigh Drive to the new terminus at Fingal Loop.

The current frequency and operating hours would remain unchanged.
