Main Roads is seeking to improve its digital service delivery for all customers and stakeholders.

We recently ran a survey to gain a better understanding of how customers use our current digital services and get an idea for what you may use in the future. The results of the survey are now being analysed to inform, as a first step, the development of a customer portal.
