Consultation has concluded

The Department of Transport is reviewing some of the laws and requirements for driving in WA with an overseas driver’s licence.

We're reviewing some of the laws and requirements for driving in WA with an overseas driver's licence.

These changes are a result of a co-operative investigation with the Corruption and Crime Commission (CCC) initiated by the Department of Transport.

The CCC has made two recommendations that change WA road laws for overseas driver's licence holders.
