The Stephenson Avenue Extension (Phase 2) Project will provide a new connection from Cedric Street to Scarborough Beach Road, including an interchange at Mitchell Freeway with a southbound Smart Freeway on-ramp and new local road links to Ellen Stirling Boulevard.
