METRONET’s Thornlie-Cockburn Link will connect the Mandurah and Armadale train lines with an electric passenger rail service, which will reduce road congestion, influence land development and help deliver more liveable communities.
The 17.5km of new rail includes new stations at Ranford Road and Nicholson Road; and upgrades to Thornlie and Cockburn Central stations. Construction is due to start in 2020 and it is due for completion in 2023.
We’d like to hear from business owners in the area to learn more about you so that we can implement measures to reduce impacts during construction and identify opportunities for mutual benefit. Please complete the simple online survey below.
For more information about the project, or to request a hard copy of the survey to be mailed out, please contact us on 9326 3666 or info@metronet.wa.gov.au
