Have your say on the Two Rocks Marina Draft Master Plan.
Themaster plan is an aspirational long-term vision for the future of the existing marina. The Department of Transport (DoT) took on the management of the facility in 2014 following the expiry of a long-term lease with a private operator and has been progressively funding minor upgrades to the ageing infrastructure since that time.
In 2017 the Minister for Planning established the Two Rocks Marina Redevelopment Reference Group to look at the long-term vision for the facility. The reference group has played a key role in developing the draft master plan, ensuring that community and user group interests and concerns are identified and addressed.
Feedback on the Two Rocks Marina Draft Master Plan is now closed. Thank you to those who provided feedback via our online survey.
We are now reviewing all the feedback provided, which will help inform the final Master Plan.

The Department of Transport (DoT) is working with the community and stakeholders to develop a master plan for the long-term redevelopment of the Two Rocks Marina as a new waterside destination.
The marina will be redeveloped progressively as growth continues to occur in Perth’s northern corridor. The master plan will provide a blueprint for ongoing improvement at the marina and address seagrass wrack accumulation and beach erosion in the area around the marina.
