Drop-in sessions and targeted meetings with project stakeholders were held across the Warren-Blackwood subregion and involved talking with the community in an informal, roundtable setting.
Strategy development - January to September 2018
Warren-Blackwood 2050 Cycling Strategy has finished this stage
The draft Warren-Blackwood strategy and two other subregional cycling strategies for the South West
region were developed. This included additional stakeholder engagement.
Public comment period - October 2018
Warren-Blackwood 2050 Cycling Strategy has finished this stage
A public consultation period is underway, with a survey open for community feedback.
Review of public feedback - November 2018
Warren-Blackwood 2050 Cycling Strategy is currently at this stage
Feedback received as part of the public comment period will
shape a short-term action plan which will guide investment for the next five
years.
Final strategy released - 2019
