Morley Station Precinct Concept Master Plan
Help us plan around Morley Station
The future Morley Station, part of the Morley-Ellenbrook Line, will give people living in Morley, Embleton and the northern section of Bayswater more transport options and provide new opportunities for living and working within walking distance of the station.
The draft Morley Station Precinct Concept Master Plan has been developed in collaboration with the City of Bayswater to establish the design vision and high-level roadmap for long-term land uses, planning and infrastructure delivery around Morley Station, and its connection to Morley Galleria.
A draft plan has been developed based on:
- Community survey feedback with 262 responses about what you wanted to see in the area around Morley Station
- Detailed feedback from three Community Reference Group workshops
- Stakeholder engagement, particularly the City of Bayswater
- METRONET’s Gnarla Biddi, Sustainability and Public Art strategies
- Urban design and planning analysis for the area.
Public comment on the draft Morley Station Precinct Concept Master Plan is now closed. Your feedback will help to inform the final plan, expected to be approved in 2021.
Next steps
Once finalised, METRONET, the City of Bayswater, and other key agencies will continue to collaborate to implement the Concept Master Plan.
Further community consultation is planned through the implementation process.
