To make the most of this once in a lifetime investment, the METRONET Office is creating, in consultation with City of Bayswater, a Morley Station Precinct Concept Master Plan, which sets the design vision and high-level roadmap for the long-term land uses, planning and infrastructure delivery around the station to enhance the area and connections to Morley Galleria.

Once completed, the City of Bayswater will lead the next planning stage and complete a local precinct plan, which will provide further detail on infrastructure, zoning and development to implement the design vision over time.

While the station location and some key elements are fixed, we’d like your input into what the future should look like around Morley Station.
